My friends and I have come up with a new idea: A “Rawdroprian” diet! Does it sound healthful and nourishing?
Well my friends and I have coined the term “rawdroprian.” We are very spiritual and oppose pulling vegetables from their roots, for instance. We eat only ripe fruits that have fallen down. Plants have been proven to send signals to each other, as well as know where the sun is coming from! This summer we will plant tomatoes in our backyard, but only if the wind pulls them apart or if they have become too large and fallen down will we take part of them. Our diets will consist of raw vegetables, fruits and grains that have fallen down on soil without human interference. So can this diet work out or is it too extreme?

any diet things that actually work?
is there any diet pills that actually work? im from the UK sowould want to purchase them from a shop not a website… i dont want ones that help me i want them to do it for me.. i know this sounds very lasy but i just cant loose weight :/ ive tried diets and exercise and pills that help and have followed things and i just cant loose my weight.. ive tried for months and there is nothign thats happened… so i would like to try one last thing before doing anything extreme.. is there any diet pills that work ? x
I dont think you will get a whole lot of results by just dieting without any moderate excersize.
maybe if you like ate under 500 calories for a while, not eat after 7pm, and take in water,,i Ive been taking lipo 6x pills to shed massive lbs fast which have worked but i excersize alot
Intense lose stomach fat in 5 days?
Hey, I need to lose some stomach fat in 5 days I dont mean like 2 inches, like 1/3 of an inch. Can u give me a RLLY EXTREME workout for that? Plz mostly cardio. Thnx. ps-diets work too.
you must be a kid to ask this question. If it was so easy to get a flat stomach no one would be fat. five days LOL.

they will work but mainly because you are pretty much starving yourself. Big problem can be that your metabolism slows down as a result of eating so little. When you start to eat normally again this can result in gaining all the weight back.
Also be aware that weight loss on these diets may not be fat loss. It can also be water, muscle loss etc.

In the past week ive been pigging out on everything from girl scout cookies to french fries, fish sticks and ice cream.
one week later and ive jumped a drastic ten pounds on the scale.
I want to start a work out/diet program tomorrow seeing as weighing this much and gaining that much in such a short period of time is a terrible thing.
please, i dont know what i should do anymore.

Don’t starve yourself like that it’s dangerous not to mention it just makes going back to eating gain you even more weight. You have to keep your metabolism up. It small, healthy meals throughout the day. If you eat smaller meals throughout the day it keeps your metabolism up. Also drinking a glass of water before and after every major meal helps too. 120 pounds doesn’t sound bad unless you are under 13. Avoid crash diets like that in the future.
